Gender Bias In the Courts

I have heard repeatedly and nauseously, by Male Supremacists, that there is extreme gender bias in the family court system. Their claim is that men rarely get custody of their children. They have the stats and all to prove it.

I want to think about this out loud for a moment.

Who are the primary caretakers of children? Women.

Who makes up the majority of roles that have to do with home-making, childcare, and teaching? Women.

Who is left to care for the child when no one shows up for the birth? Women.

Now, I'm thinking, if women are primarily the custodians of children, it may be because men have been largely absent or non-participatory.

Women get custody in non-contested cases because, well, because...fathers aren't contesting it. I'd say that 80% of fathers aren't contesting it.

Custody is indeed given to women, undisputed. But when they (women) have to ask for it (aka contested), they lose.
